Italiantable Italian dining is a delight, but there is much more to it than pizza and pasta. The Italians take dining tradition seriously and don’t stop at a single main course. It doesn’t need to be complicated and you don’t have to over-eat. But you do need to thoroughly enjoy it.

Popular in most western countries, Italian cuisine is often adapted and changed to suit lifestyle and culture, and true Italian dining style is frequently disregarded.
