Going Up-cakes

cupcakes Everyone has a soft spot for cupcakes, they’re bite sized, look amazing stacked on tiered platter, and they’re colourful - perfect for any party, old or young.

If you’re in Wellington, you can now order cupcakes online, how easy is that? Cupcake Sweeties launched in 2009, by Christina Hall, a mother of three, who recruited Katy McDougall in 2010 to assist with growing demand.

Along with the cupcakes they provide cakes and mini-cupcakes, and take custom orders for any occasion. They also offer an edible images service, where an image of your choice is printed on edible icing paper and used to top cupcakes which we think is a fantastic way of marketing, think corporate events, ‘your logo here’.

Cupcakes have become a popular substitute for the traditional wedding cakes in recent times, Cupcake Sweeties will tailor make to your requirements, and they also stock everything you might need to your own cake decorating needs at home.

You can also find these two at the Wellington City Market - pop down for a chat and a sample.
