Raeward yourself!
Fresh is what Raeward Fresh do best. With stock ranging from locally grown fresh fruit and vegetables to meat and grocery items, these Canterbury family-owned stores pride themselves on a “paddock to plate” concept. Like the fruit and veges, meat is carefully sourced from South Island farms. People are important to Raeward Fresh, both their customers and the people, like Brian and Caro, who personally source livestock and fresh produce for the stores. It’s not quite a farmers market, but pretty close to it and open every day. There are two stores in Christchurch at Harewood Road and Tower Junction, and a third in Nelson. The flagship store store at Harewood produces much of their smallgoods range and features a full butchery, a fabulous deli and seafood bar. There's even a cafe serving great fresh food, including a gluten free and dairy free menu; this a place where mums and dads can rest while children play in the middle of shopping. They’ve thought of it all.
They know the business they are in and they are doing it well.
