It is managed by the award-winning chef Anthea and European-trained butcher Maarten. They head a team of specialists who cook everything on the premises and use only fresh, wholesome ingredients.

Renowned for their sausages, which are gluten and preservative free. A splendid combination of meat and seasoning. They are ready to put in the extra effort and if you want something specific prepared, they will generally be willing to try or ask for recipe options. All food can be presented on trays, platters or bowls.

Stockists of sausages, cold meats, pate, olives, cervena, lamb, pickles, small goods, pork, beef and chicken along with antipasto, quiches and pies, salads, terrines, soup and vegetables. Prepared items change regularly but a wide range of standard items are carried for that impulse purchase.
